For new mothers and babies, care and attention can be provided by the gentle application of light touch massage, helping to strengthen the mother baby bond. During the first half of the session, our therapist will guide you through the process, highlighting the many benefits this approach can offer, including relaxation, improved sleep and enhanced emotional connection. The second half of the session focuses on Mum, with a rejuvenating 30-minute massage while your support person, holds and cares for your child. This session is designed to nurture both parent and child, creating a balanced experience of learning, care and relaxation.
Post-natal concerns are well documented and it is our hope that this treatment provides comfort, in a way that Mother and child feel at peace and free of the heightened stress that comes with child birth.
